Spa Attendant

Spa Attendant

  • Laundry room related tasks (washing, drying, and folding towels, sheets, etc.)
  • The maintenance of all public areas, locker rooms, massage therapy rooms, etc.
  • The replenishment of various items at the reception area (bottled water, towels, bathrobes, sandals, etc.)
  • Helping the front desk employees during peak hours, respond to some of the client’s demands (change towels, hand back IDs, etc.)
  • Offer explanations related to the Siberia Spa experience to the clients
  • All other related tasks

Outdoor Site Team Leader

Responsibilities

The Outdoor Site Team Leader reports to the Customer Service Coordinator and the Management team. He guides his team and ensures all customers have a magical and unforgettable experience. He oversees the site and ensures all equipment is in working order and in good condition.

The Outdoor Site Team Leader is responsible for:

  • Demonstrating an exemplary attitude
  • Ensuring customers have a magical and unforgettable experience
  • Mobilizing the team in providing all customers with an extraordinary experience and maintaining a healthy work environment at all times
  • Ensuring the day runs smoothly (ensure everyone knows what their tasks are)
  • Assisting the Coordinator in the training of new hires
  • Participating in asset management
  • Ensuring water quality control and cleanliness of all areas of the site, implementing tools to maintain the pace of the maintenance throughout the day (locker room maintenance and water quality log, etc.)
  • Communicating with the management team ensuring internal cohesion, sharing customers’ feedback and practical improvement ideas for the Spa
  • All other related tasks

Relaxation Lead Agent

Responsibilities

The Relaxation Lead Agent reports to team leaders, customer service supervisor, customer service coordinator, and to the management team. He guides his team and ensures all clients have a magical and unforgettable relaxation experience at the Spa. He could be required to complete some administrative tasks.

The Relaxation Agent is responsible for:

  • Demonstrating an exemplary attitude
  • Welcoming every customer in a warm and professional manner and ensuring they have a magical and unforgettable relaxation experience.
  • Mobilizing his team to maintain a healthy work atmosphere at all times
  • Training new hires part of his team (Relaxation Agents and Spa Attendants)
  • Replying to emails and voice mails
  • Optimizing massage therapist’s schedule and ensuring priorities are complied with
  • Ensuring optimal use of laundry room
  • Preparing gift certificates upon the management’s requests
  • Participating in inventory management and purchasing tasks
  • Communicating with management ensuring internal cohesion, sharing customers’ feedback and practical improvement ideas for the Spa
  • Assisting in the management of reservations for VIP and special events
  • All other related tasks

The Relaxation Agent is responsible for:

  • Welcoming every customer in a warm and professional manner
  • Offering an outstanding level of service and ensuring all customers have a magical and restful moment at the Spa

  • Answering phone calls and planning massage therapy appointments
  • Invoicing and process customer payments

Sibéria Café Lead Attendant

Responsibilities

The Sibéria Café Lead Attendant reports to the Customer Service Coordinator and to the Management Team. He will guide his team and ensure the smooth running of the Café all while ensuring customers have a magical and unforgettable experience.

The Siberia Café Lead Attendant is responsible for:

  • Demonstrating an exemplary attitude
  • Welcoming every customer in a warm and professional manner
  • Mobilizing his team to maintain a healthy work atmosphere at all times
  • Ensuring compliance with implemented procedures, and quality and presentation standards of dishes
  • Ensuring compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Write daily and weekly task sheets
  • Optimizing work schedule (managing breaks) in respect to peak periods
  • Assisting the Supervisor in managing procurement, stock, purchasing, as well as supplier relationships
  • Communicating with management ensuring internal cohesion, sharing customers’ feedback and practical improvement ideas for the Spa
  • Assisting the Supervisor during special events and all other related tasks
