Are we allowed to speak?

Our site is comprised of two zones: a silent zone where you can relax in quietness and peace, and a zone where you can whisper softly to the rhythm of the flowing river.

What must I bring to spend a day at the spa?

You must bring your swimsuit, your fliflops or any other kind of sandals and a water bottle. Fliflops are mandatory for hygiene and security reasons. In case you forget to bring yours, you may buy some at the frontdesk for $15 + taxes.

If you have a massage, a bathrobe is included for the day. Towels are also included. If you enjoy only the thermal experience, you may rent a bathrobe for $10 + taxes.

Are reservations required to access the thermal experience?

We don’t take reservation. In order to ensure you have a great experience at Sibéria Spa, the number of people admitted on site is limited. Therefore, there might be a short waiting period on busy days..

If I have a massage appointment, does it guarantee my spa access?

Yes, with a massage appointment, your spa access is guaranteed. You may arrive anytime to enjoy the spa access.

 

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Alternating between hot and cold may not be suitable for people suffering from high blood pressure, low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, and diabetes. Don’t hesitate to ask us questions if any of these apply to you.

  • If you are pregnant, please inform us as restrictions may apply.
  • If you wear glasses with anti-glare coating, it is important to remove them while experiencing intense heat areas, such as the dry sauna and the steam bath. The heat could damage the anti-glare coating permanently.

CODE OF CONDUCT

For everyone’s well-being, this is a non-smoking environment.

  • It is not permitted to bring any type of bags on the premises.
  • It is not permitted to bring glass containers outdoors.
  • It is not permitted to consume alcohol on the premises and inside the main building and at the Sibéria Café.
  • We invite you to leave your cellphone in the changing room; note, however, that you can use it at the Sibéria Café.
  • Any behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to expel you from the premises if you should not comply with this directive, without reimbursement.
  • We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, damaged or stolen personal items.

As changes in the weather conditions or electrical outages are out of our control, no compensation will be offered in the case of the unforeseen closure of our baths and facilities.

AT THE SIBÉRIA CAFÉ

  • Thanks to the chip integrated to your key-bracelet, it is possible to add money for any purchase you might want to do at the Sibéria Café. Simply ask one of our welcoming staff at the reception desk.
  • Wearing a robe and flip flops is mandatory at all times. Bringing your own snacks at the Café is not allowed.
  • No food or beverage is allowed on the outdoor facilities with the exception of the Sibéria Café’s terrace.
  • At all times, either indoors or out, our staff — whose mission is to make sure you spend a magical moment in our company — is available; please don’t hesitate to call on their expertise.

WATER QUALITY

We conduct rigorous analyses of several crucial components of each bath. These are carried out every 2 hours from opening to closing. To ensure the quality of our analyses, we use photometric devices specially designed for the analysis of the controlled parameters.

  • Every two weeks, samples are sent to a certified laboratory to be analyzed.
  • Water in the spas and waterfalls is treated with brome. These are effective techniques that are also safer for the health of bathers.
  • Our baths are emptied and cleaned regularly in order to avoid problems or the presence of harmful bacteria.
  • Water flows through a high-quality cartridge filter system significantly superior to established standards. The cartridges can filter up to 200,000 L of water while our spa only contains 2,500L. Interesting fact: the water in our baths is filtered up to 8 times per hour.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

We supply a complimentary locker equipped with an electronic lock and towels. On top of your bathing suit, please also bring flip-flops and a reusable water bottle which you can fill at any of the water fountains throughout the site. In case you forget your flipflops or your water bottle, you can purchase them at the front desk. If you also made reservations for a massage as a complement to your day at the spa, a robe is included for your comfort. If this is not the case, we have some available for rent for $10, also at the reception desk.
